1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or using AiOnCharts indicators, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AiOnCharts provides:

• Access to proprietary TradingView indicators (Wind Indicator V1.6 and future products)
• Real-time buy/sell signal generation based on technical analysis
• Multi-market support (crypto, forex, stocks, commodities, indices)
• Email support and indicator updates

⚠️ AiOnCharts is a decision-support tool, NOT financial advice or a trading bot.

3. Eligibility

To use AiOnCharts, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid TradingView account
• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Plan Options

• Advanced Monthly: $49/month
• Advanced Yearly: $412/year (30% savings)
• Pro Monthly: $99/month
• Pro Yearly: $772/year (35% savings)

4.2 Free Trial

All plans include a 3-day free trial. You will NOT be charged during the trial period. Your subscription begins after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• Immediately after the free trial ends
• On each renewal date (monthly or yearly)
• Until you cancel your subscription

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. We will email you renewal reminders.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 12 months.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• During Trial: Cancel anytime with zero charges
• After Trial: Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing us
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

5.2 No Refunds

We offer a 3-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Wind Indicator Pro before any payment. Once you are charged after the trial, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. You retain access until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

6. TradingView Integration

Wind Indicator V1.6 requires a TradingView account. You must provide your TradingView username during signup. We will send you an invite-only indicator access link within 24 hours.

• You are responsible for maintaining your TradingView account
• TradingView's own Terms of Service apply to your use of their platform
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView

7. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Share your indicator access with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our indicators
• Resell or redistribute our indicators
• Use our service for illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials
• Attempt to hack, breach, or compromise our systems

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer

By using AiOnCharts, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All indicators, code, algorithms, branding, and content on AiOnCharts are our exclusive intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our indicators for personal trading only.

You do NOT own the indicators. Your subscription grants access, not ownership.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for downtime caused by TradingView, Stripe, or third-party outages
• Contact us for support regarding extended outages (3+ days)

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIONCHARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Trading losses or missed profits
• Inaccurate signals or technical errors
• Data breaches or unauthorized access (despite our security efforts)
• Third-party service failures (TradingView, Stripe, internet providers)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiOnCharts from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Repeatedly dispute legitimate charges
• Share indicator access with others

Upon termination, your indicator access will be revoked immediately. No refunds will be issued for violations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international e-commerce laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription.
